SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
The estimated shipping time is 7-10 Business Days. (Not including Holidays.) Please fill out ALL shipping information correctly to insure you will receive your order. If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship.
Chevalier does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
